Hugo has improved significantly in his last bank of games as he held on to the ball and waited for better options to open up. It looks like composure was a big part of his early disposal issues. Funny enough they aren't far apart on disposal efficiency now and were further apart when Butters first started.
Maybe. Once again, I hope I'm wrong. I need one in my lifetime.

Hugo.

Good stats and promising, Butters ceiling is a little unrealistic as he just doesn’t have that elite kicking ability butters has. I think Libba, Ward Ceiling is more likely and I’d personally be absolutely wrapped with that outcome.

Take what you want from this. I live in SA and this is coming from a Port supporter so no idea how credible it is.

End of last year, Nas pretty much made up his mind that a return home and Port will be the club of choice. One of the reasons was actually Ken Hinkley and the way treats and develops relationships with his players.

Obviously spanner in the works with the whole Ken leaving and Josh Carr taking over (unknown waters) has put massive ?? To the decision. Nothing more to report, but that has had a big impact on Nas and Port. Crows were never an option to begin with.

Hey mate, I can confirm this is not true. Nobody in their right mind would want to play under Kenny

Tell the Port supporter that I'm a St Kilda supporter and the rumour is Butters wants to play with us as he likes how RTB treats the players. Same amount of legitimacy.

Like I said - take what you will, but if you know anything about coaches, Ken is one of the most highly spoken of from a players point of view. Look at the players port has lost and acquired and compare that to crows and you will see in a 2 team state.

Saying that a coach doesn't matter to a player that is potentially looking at moving clubs is ridiculous and shows your footy IQ

Don’t agree with that at all. Hes a really good coach, and definitely doesn’t deserve to have his name dragged through the mud over the last 5 years by Port supporters.

The ITK list grows and grows
I’m currently In The Kia but I’m hearing nothing 🤷

Will try the Kitchen and let you know if that’s any better.

If Port were planning on getting Nasiah they should have tried getting their hands on multiple first round picks instead of having none. They traded out Houston and somehow ended up with no picks this year. I assume they gave it up for Lucoscious which is ridiculous considering he was a salary dump by Gold Coast.

The simple fact is they have nothing to deal with unless they let a player of note go.

He has the raw talent and seemingly the drive to get the maximum out of himself from a distance. Only time will tell how far he will go. When you are talking about the absolute elite mids the biggest separator is the drive and attitude. Probably not a lot apart from the mental stuff between a champion and a GOP realistically.

You just have to hope that he has it. Chad Warner and Errol Gulden were good players that all of a sudden became elite players last year.

I'm hearing 99.9 % of the stuff posted on here is made up bull sh1t from people chasing fame and that ITK status , all we need playing in the background is the Benny Hill them song as you read some of the garbage getting spread around

People get stuck into Kenny and Bevo but realistically both have taken their lists further than some would think they should have.

Port have done several rebuilds on the fly similar to what we are doing but usually stay top 4 and for a huge length of time. Finished top of the ladder for a lot of them. Same with Bevo, he's had them up while moving through the list to refresh and rebuild on the fly.

Their players seem to love them apart from the normal few that can get off side at any club. Both very warm positive coaches that let their players play to their strengths and encourage flair and fun.

Both haven't had the best run in finals but repeat chances give you the best chance at pinching one.

Yup, made even more ridiculous by the fact that Nas is now considered a top 3 player in the comp.

If Port want to play this game of "THaTs ThE BeSt We CaN OfFer', they can well and truly stick it where the sun don't shine.

If we want a big-bodied mid, we should get Alex Davies

193cm and the type who is also good on transition. Would come very cheap in terms of draft capital especially from Gold Coast

Means we wouldn't have to draft Greeves and can take a more modern-day type like MiniPou or Grlj instead

Does ITK stand for I'm the knob ?

He's a bit of a GOP but still has a lot of potential. He'd be worth a sniff. I've been watching him for a couple of years. These are exactly the guys that get shaken out by the ridiculous academy spoils. Joel Jeffrey types are worth tracking too. For every player that comes in one gets pushed out to pasture.

GWS have about 10 players that I'd gladly pinch from their depth too.

By what people have said previously, has a good track record (Tony that is). Has tripled down on Nas and Ro staying
Yes I’m hearing Nas and Ro are staying but Tony74 is off to Port Adelaide.

I used to think he was a spud too. But today he seems different - winning clearances and super clean against arguably the best midfield in the competition

For a third rounder, a 193cm mid who is good on transition is gold in the modern game imo especially since Pou is our only good 190cm+ mid
