After 20 years in Alice Springs, the Limestone Coast is absolute bliss. We’re half in The Mount and half in Penola, couldn’t be happier. Both close enough to family whilst being far enough away. Pure bliss.

I used to travel that way for work, Penola is a great spot, as was the Mount, Wayne talking shit again
His response to a tame post highlighting the folly in using Essendon doing similar things to us tells us a lot about the person he is. And this is a guy that loves criticising how posters get along on the board. But we know he’s a few sheep short, nobody can be that hypocritical and delusional if they are in possession of all their faculties.
That 2 year lockdown really did fry your brain.
The Mount does have its issues, but all in all its a nice place. Unlike say..... the CBD of Melbourne where people stab you just for fun.

He makes a post with a poor football opinion, to have a dig at posters who criticise the Crows. That opinion is exposed as silly, he slinks away, only to return by having a dig at some posters home town and career because he criticised his football opinion.
Nah, that’s just Wayne being Wayne, he does it all year, not just the offseason as your little twosome came up with.
Yesterday he also had an unnecessary crack at Mutineer for giving an opinion on a draftee which he does regularly and yet he bemoans the quality of posting and posters being targeted for their opinions.

That’s really weird, I myself made that observation of the difference in his interaction on both boards.
Not sure you are able to do the same unless you have been a SuperCoach board lurker.
He really lives rent free with all of you. The receipts kept are obviously plentiful and then it kicks off at the
first opportunity and around it goes again. Anyway carry on.
For the record have had2 personal messages with Wayne over 14 years which were regarding fantasy footy and a podcast
otherwise every interaction is on board to see and we disagree far more than agree.
I saw his jawboning with Bicks as their typical banter over a long time so didn’t give it a second thought.

The observation you made was the offseason brings out the worst of both of you because of this board.
Sure he may post differently to the Fantasy board as to how he posts on here, no one has questioned that. That board holds no interest to me to check.
Where your observation was wrong is this how Wayne posts throughout the year on this board including the season.
Yesterday was a perfect example, in fact you had 2 examples, both you dismissed because it’s Wayne.
As for living rent free, I admit he shits me big time, I can’t stand hypocritical flogs. Now that he has been stripped of being a Mod, I’ve got him on ignore but then you have examples like yesterday where you see other posters interacting with him and you know it’s Wayne again.

It's really not jawboning here on my part, I get this every year from him come the weeks before the draft which I take a very active interest in all year, unlike him unsighted all year until now in the draft thread
He's always the instigator mate and I'll always retaliate because I'm confident he's never seen the draftees actually play full games and I'm not just basing my thoughts off few highlights reels.
Sure I'll freely admit I'm no expert and get some calls wrong but at least my opinions be them right or wrong they are based on having watched the players under full match conditions and I am certainly not a groupthink guy like some.

The “gang thing” is a bunch of posters Wayne annoys commenting on his shit. Plenty of less “proactive” posters included in that “gang”.

The problem people have, is I'm an independent thinker .....I've never gone the herd mentality, you can't ever be successful in life with that sheep mentality
People were irked, because I was the only poster here that supported Nicks trending as a Coach .....and because the group think was he needed to be sacked immediately .....I was therefore a troll, because I didn't bend a knee to group think
Guess who was right though .....all the commentators agreeing with me, that key injuries to Thilthorpe, Worrell, Rankine, and Murray had a major impact on results in 2024....and guess where we finished in 2025
But no, because we didn't win the flag from 15th .....the sack Nicks mantra lives on ....frankly the commentary is so ignorant as to be laughable
I hate group think with a passion .....innovation never comes from group think, and there's entirely too much in society these days, where "The Process" has robbed people's ability to think creatively
