Bolstered our small fwd ranks

Grabbed a couple of our own boys for sqits

No normal names spelt weird ass ways

And best of all … no fu-cking hyp-hens

Only really matters if they can play of course but 1st impressions are pretty good haul for mine

Cuddly Dudley might want to pull the finger out
Surely Tobyn has to be a yellow card on that front.

Cool. And now he no doubt loves West Coast.

Fred when he realised he would be wearing bluenyella in 2026.

So who does the club invite to train on for the final SSP spot?

NHH, Krasnadamskis, Tom Burton, Blake Oudshoorn-Bennier (who I read somewhere we were interested in) and Rory Wright all still on the board. Presumably we wouldn't be the only ones asking, but seems to still be some options around. Or do we go mature age, and if so, what kind of role?

I have copied this from some one in general Bigfooty forum Draft Discussions...

" Let the draft results from the previous 48hrs be a sign of the times regarding what the AFL clubs are now looking for in young prospects.

Must have a solid endurance/speed profile irrespective of your size/weight.
Must have the ability or experience in playing multiple positions.
Must have strong fundamental kicking and hand skills.
Must be able to work both ways, and the ability to work in transition.

Reaching the heights of AA, AFL Academy or National Combine selection isn't a sure fire guarantee that you're going to make it either by the look of the names that were left on the board."

So to recap, we’ve essentially drafted to provide depth/succession planning for all our small forwards?

Bolton - Kickett
Switta - Murray
Reid - Sweid
Frederick - Luke (was surprised to read he’s our fastest with 2.89 20m)

Then added to our Wing (Whan) and HBF (McVee) options.

Definitely addressed our list needs.

“Luke kicked eight-goals in a half for South Fremantle colts against Swan Districts, and had excellent State Draft Combine testing results with top five finishes in the 20m sprint (2.89 secs) and agility test (8.08 secs).”

I don't think he is, Cal had him around 30 in a phantom draft around july/august
No he didn't, his first phantom was July and he wasn't in it

I checked August too and he wasn't

Kickett has come from a long way back, he is certainly a long shot, there is a reason he is rookie draft

He is an over ager too
