Of course. Either way, deserves much more than he's on.He’s in AA form and has made the squad before Jen. I think you are seriously undervaluing him with anything with a 6.

Biggest issue for us is there’s nobody to replace him. If he left we’d have a huge hole. Would have to find a readymade ruckOf course. Either way, deserves much more than he's on.
He’s contracted to the end of 2026 isn’t he?Biggest issue for us is there’s nobody to replace him. If he left we’d have a huge hole. Would have to find a readymade ruck
Yes but contracts mean sfa as well all now unfortunately. We wouldn’t get anywhere near what his value is in a trade. Really hope he stays. He’s contracted to the end of 2026 isn’t he?
Big Roo will be ready by then.

He shouldn’t be on less than $700k at this point. He’s well and truly in the top few rucks in the league now.600k-700k would be a good amount I'd say. I would like to think he'll stay. But he does deserve a payrise than what he is currently on.
We can keep him to his contract, even if he were to request a trade this year.Yes but contracts mean sfa as well all now unfortunately. We wouldn’t get anywhere near what his value is in a trade. Really hope he stays.
I’m looking forward to his re-signing announcement ahead of our next game against Carlton. When has a player who left their club ever talked like this?
Sounds like Maynard is just taking the piss and that he’s been told by his agent to stop saying he’s a #Pie#pie4lifeore the contract is signed.
Mayne left ages ago. There’s never been a better culture at Collingwood.
Cameron and Mayne going nowhere.
Poor old Lippa has been doing some heavy lifting trying to stabilise the female membership numbers since.Mayne left ages ago.

Stupid Ned with his ripped 6 pack. Give me a Jeremy McGovern dad bod anyday to not crush my egoNed Long's rig has also done a bit of the heavy lifting if my nieces are anything to go by.
He's been mentioned on here the last year or so. Personally, I think 3 players over 193cm in the midfield is too tall. I'd prefer a smaller player with lots of pace. I don't think he'd be in our thinking but that doesn't mean we aren't into himAlex Davies for cheap, anyone?
Separate to Davies, I still think we need an absolute A grader to compliment Nick in the midfield for the next 5 to 10 years.
But we will also need more midfield depth players who can really step in and do a job, alongside the development of Ed Allan, Ned Long and co. Not convinced on HDM at this point and he's the closest we've come to drafting a mid in the past two drafts.
Davies is 193cm, has good hands and plays really tough, inside footy. I think there's real untapped potential there and after I think we sniffed around last year, he's out of contract this year and the Suns aren't giving him a game ahead of their stars.
I'm sure quite a few clubs would be interested, but given his lack of game time etc. he shouldn't cost too much? Of course there's also the concern of needing draft capital to spend on Tommy and possibly Lonie and that NGA prospect whose name escapes me.
I would at least be keeping those lines of communication open with Davies' management through the year.
He made a stupid decision to sign that 2yr deal last year when we were into himAlex Davies for cheap, anyone?
