That will likely be more like pick 18-19 once it comes down to it, which is around the mark anyway, maybe slightly earlier than expected.

I had him my Range was 15-30 so as 14 be later then that would not Shock me big time

He will do well at the Combine I reckon

I think that’s when he will move up TD. He looks very agile for a tall

Sydney interest might not be an issue. They finished 10th - wouldn't it be pick 9 at the moment? But they have an academy kid rated around their first pick - might have to trade it out rather than using it to match and not be left with a pick in that sort of range.

More likely they’re annoyed that we’re chasing Buller.

Yeah that pick will blow out before the draft with free agency compensation and then during the draft with pick matching - I don't think they'll keep it though.

It's going to be an interesting draft in terms of what happens with picks under the new matching index. A fair few first round picks are likely to get traded, but they might not get a huge price unless they're really early. And second round picks might be the best matching picks for early kids as opposed to third round picks like it was previously.

Trading picks opens when trade period opens? So we will see how many picks trades hands in a few weeks.
Those without academy players might not invest too much in his draft especially after the first round or two so we could see clubs offer up picks in exchange for future picks

He may just want out of Melbourne and Adelaide are perhaps in a better position to make a deal happen.

Because his management would know we have nothing to offer.

And perhaps we were not interested in him anyway. Particularly on that type of contract.
