No way he moves. Giants have done well to create a talented nucleus of young players who will handily pick up the baton after the first gens have all retired. Callahan and Cadman are the jewels in the crown there.

I had a go at rating our current list based on the AFL benchmark ratings (Elite, Above Average, Average, Below Average) and how much potential I think each player has.

Would be interesting to see everyones thoughts...

To be clear, I did not do the performance ratings, they came from the AFL website. I have only rated how much potential each player has. Don't hate me for putting Caleb in the Above Average category - that is the AFLs current rating for him in his position.

mention that they expect Phillips to go as he isn't in the team.
Mention they expect CCJ and Maley to go around again and be offered new deals.

Banch and Trembath weren't listed, but they think the club will go around with them again.

Bailey Scott was mentioned as a contracted one who may be on the lookout, however he went around last year but no takers.

Twomey mentions t we needed to cull down the Rookie list

Tucker, Ford, Kawson, Payne, Teakle, Bergman, Harvey and Pink weren't mentioned at all other than appearing in the graphic

Both not very good rucks if we're honest. Teakle is the better athlete and forward.
When Dinkers and now Beverages are saying CCJ likely gets a contract, it's more likely Teakle is cut.
