I agree with him to an extent. If you look at most successful teams, among those that bat deep or win flags, one thing that's probably the most common denominator is stability. So it's not the thing that wins you finals, but it definitely is a critical part to it.

Already graded as low impact. I think the challenge would relate to whether it was intentional.
