Wright needs to get on his bike more and get up the ground. Ironically the only time Peter seems to take contested marks are on the wing.He and Wright need to sort their s**t out. Seems like it’s either one or the other at the moment and they’re flying for the same footy a fair bit.
Yep, Everyone knew he was a natural forward but the club tried to cover up for recruiting mistakes. Stupidest decision ever. With every cracking game up forward I honestly don’t know whether I’m happy or furious.

Langford isolated forward of the ball was our only regular avenue to goal on the weekend.

I’d argue that it’s made him a more rounded player. If we’re playing a grand final and we need someone to slot in to midfield or cover an injured Ridley you know who they are going to be able to call upon. Don’t think so negatively about this. Sure, we could have had better recruiting to develop a big bodied mid instead of Kyle but I for one am happy he plied his trade as a mid in the VFL for weeks on end and also developed the tools to be a defender. Hopefully it holds us in good stead. It doesn’t seem to have affected his ability to now become the forward we hoped he’d be. It’s not like it’s cost us a premiership, right?I feel sorry for Langford. We have wasted 7 years on him in the wrong position. We all knew it but the coaches didn’t.
Probably 60-80% of the Luke Jackson dealHow much would he be worth in a trade?
WE CAN'T TRADE EVERYONEHow much would he be worth in a trade?
ARE YOU SUREWE CAN'T TRADE EVERYONE
According to yoda and Bruno you can. Hawks didWE CAN'T TRADE EVERYONE

I read the ludicrous argument about the Hawks trading out their triple premiership 1 year left players hence we should be trading our younger players.According to yoda and Bruno you can. Hawks did![]()
I've said it before, I think he'll go straight into coaching post footy, every time I listen to him talk about the game he sounds like an analytical guy, we've already heard that he's a student of the game and watches a lot of vision during the week, exciting future for him.
Marketing is the forward flank of the central office.Hopefully not at Essendon - we’ll probably make him head of marketing or finance for a decade before suddenly realising he’s a gun coach.
Who?worth noting that he is a couple of goals ahead of Joe Daniher for the year. Both played every game. Think
60’s rock bandWho?
Yeah, Langers and Perkins forward is a great combo. Both know how to lead and mark the ball (and great kicks).Just get Perkins in the forward line too. They are both forwards and command good players to be on them. Get both to make space and lead to it. Need to break up the packs and stop kicking to 4-5 players. Teams just punch it out too easily.
If they spread well we could be very potent and free up 2MP. Add Stringer & Menzie and that is hard to match up on.
