Would suggest his chances of playing in Opening Round would be tied to the structure we go in with and whether they're confident enough in him being fit enough. Would suggest the Geelong game on Tuesday will give us a good idea of where he sits.

Not sure his spot is tied to Jones though. Seems as though they're still intrigued by his ability to play on the wing for some reason.

He is on the skinny side but he manages to use his body okay. There was one mark where he read the drop zone and pretty much allowed the defender to push him into the mark.

I think of this type of player as a “flow” player. Not big, but a good mover, quick, and not necessarily unathletic either. They just read the ball well and have good control of their momentum. Caracella, for instance.

He should play IMO, he had done enough to retain a spot and the club will want to see if it was a fluke or not.

4 in a half = 8 for a full game. But seriously, even if he kicks a couple it would put his name up for discussion.
