Can anyone rewind it? I am watching on one. If he gave offside he would have raised his arm in the air when the FK was taken.

Standing in an offside position is not an offense. It is in the rules. You are only involved in play if the ball is passed to you. Not the case, Zullo simply ran into him. No foul or offside.

Exactly. He was a fair distance from the ball. If there was no Sotirio at all the play doesn't change.

That's not a foul. Sotirio just stood there and tried not to get involved with the play. Zullo ran into him.
