Aaron Davey vs Andrew Lovett

I say Lovett as i feel he is a game breaker. My mate says Davey as he is a better user of the ball.
I feel Lovett because he can change a game through his run and skill. I can admit that Davey has absolutely amazing skills and is being utilised to what he does well, but don't think he can be regarded as a gun player by just running around people to get the kick.

Anyway, polls usually go against the way the OP says, but in your opinion, who would you rather have in your team?

Clearly someone who has just watched Melbourne and will vote for Davey because he loves Davey, and hasn't watched Lovett dominate for us.

This poll will work better if there are people who have watched both teams.

i voted for Davey, but i expect Lovett to do quite well, hes almost AA form himself currently

Davey by an absolute mile, and Lovett is one of my favorite players. Davey is elite, might get shot down by this but IMO has been top 5 in comp this year and only the lack of talent around him lets him down.

Strange overstatement coming from a Bomber supporter. Lovett has been excellent this year and the gap between the two isn't that great. Davey's move to the midfield has been long overdue and I think Essendon should try to poach him at the end of the year.

It's 100% clear that a player plays better with better players and support around him. A player does NOT play good only because they're playing for a shit side.
