no just not so many babies born who aren't going to be cared for as well as those who are truly wanted...or
should I say that are going to be cared for properly.
we all know this.. we don't want to admit it do we?

You want to kill a baby feel free.

I will feel free to call you a baby killer.

Which you are, or may be. Depending on your sexual habits.

You abort and kill a baby, you are a baby killer.

Not rocket science.

so be it.. by my reckoning it is all equal when people drive cars and fly planes and choose to not feed their kids and whatever.

never let it be said that I probably should never have been born myself..

under your strict demands, these things would have contributed to a larger and probably unsustainable population..

get a grip dude..

So you're ok with a baby to be put down anytime up until right before it is born?

WOW! In theory I agree with you Leeda but this is where the dilemma and the nuances come in.

Hypothetical scenario/s- A woman is at full term and in hospital getting prepped for a cesarian or inducement.

A) You are fine with said woman changing her mind and requesting the pregnancy now be terminated?
B) What about if contractions have started?
C) What if cervical dilation has started but the "baby" is not visible yet?

of course that is a dilemma and that is of course the point where it is about to be born.
so that point of being born is well you have to be born.

but until that point you have an ideal life of the child being born normal.

but yes it is the choice of the mother or potential mother to decide what happens...
I still say that until the baby is born the baby is not as such a child..
