Bad news about Krueger. Hopefully Carey, Johncock and Stevens come up for this week.

Have it on good authority - we will not see either Hart or Goodwin for the rest of the year.

That's slightly different from 1 week and 1 to 3 weeks.

As Stiffy says, that's not so suprising with Goody's injury, but Hart's?? For a hammy??

Back related hammys can be nagging and can last a season. Din't Paul Kelly miss majority of the season with back related hammy??????

I think we will see Hart but I reckon we won't see Goody until next year.

Is he haveing the back op?
It's a good year for surgery:( Hart missing will gain better picks.

Got it in one, Stiffy18. Any back related injury is always bad news and that is why Hart will not be returning this season.

I have heard that Benny Hart also has a chronic hip condition that may force him to retire either at the end of this year or the year after. It is said to be so bad that he will need a hip replacement at some stage in the future. Has anyone else heard anything about this?

How do you replace a hip?

There is no point rushing either back into the side given our circumstances & as we need to concentrate on getting them right for next year as they are both key players for our side.

Stuff that. More 'rumours' from 'good sources'.

We've had many of those on this board, and 90% amount to NOTHING.

According to news reports tonight Carey and Stevo are in some doubt.

Johncock and Welsh have completed today's training.

Clarke may also miss. He's been very good for us, but an extra week's rest might not hurt. It might allow Hudson and Biglands some more game time.

Like Welshy missing training last week, I can't see either Carey or Stevo playing given they missed the main training session.

Clarke still a good chance as he apparantly still trained inside.
