How's the dog Freo supporters having a boo after getting a cheeky you know what under the dinner table all night from the umps.

Unbelievable.

Is he a chance to get the job if he finishes the season strongly?

Or is there a process.
I’ve been impressed, he’s made a few positional changes like Martin more up the ground. If we have a good run in the second half and maybe scrape in 8th or even if we miss but shape the 8 I reckon he’s in a good position. It comes across like the boys love him and will play for him.

We’ve just missed Big Tom Lynch pretty badly in a few games we should have won.

No it's not. The umpire makes a call, if there's insufficient evidence then it stays with the umpire's original call.
Yep, but the problem is that the umpire doesn't know so he makes a guess which is a 50% chance of being right or wrong. Otherwise he wouldn't need to call for the review in the first place if he was sure. The entire process is flawed from the initial umpire guess. Umpire guesses a goal, review inconclusive = goal. Umpire guesses point, review inconclusive = point. A complete joke of a system.
