To be fair to the crewaors themselves they were on a hiding to nothing, you're called directly into the company you want to get them on side, can't exactly be saying every aspect is s**t.

It's why I've been so keen on knowing when proper reviews will be published.

Help us berisha you're our only hope!

I watched streams last night man. That Tigers one was spruiking it heavily and nay saying/redirecting any negative feedback.
Nah, that's not the impression I got. He was criticising parts as well and redirecting very specific complaints. I got the impression that he knows a little more than he is allowed to share about some aspects.

Dannnnnnnnnn can you reopen the old thread to Quivorir so he can make a "told you so" quote-a-thon post?

I can somewhat understand the issues today, clearly something has happened between vision earlier in the week and today (doesn’t mean it’s still not BA’s fault). At the end of the day even if it’s a bad game at the end of it all it’s just a bad game, plenty of them exist.

I gave BA the benefit of the doubt with the late release of info because they’d done it before with their cricket games and despite them sometimes releasing badly, they’d almost all ended up being really solid games. But to be at this point now, with the inability to confirm basic features being in or out of the game, especially some that were advertised and aren’t there in a post-release product is unbelievable. I’ll still buy it if and when it gets to even just a solid, enjoyable product but the lack of and tone of communication is certainly poor form.

Well guys I've spoken personally to Mark McGowan, he promises swift vengeance against Ross and his entire organisation, we can expect to see the company shut down any minute now, with assets of the business given to consumers. Mr. McGowan was furious that such a game could be released with bugs that could be patched out fairly easily, and demands that Ross personally present to Cannington Police Station for his immediate arraignment.

Seriously guys, it's a game that's launched with some issues and missing stuff. It's not the end of the world, things will be fixed.

To anyone personally blaming Ross for issues like deployment, marketing or even communication, you need to remember that he is not his own manager anymore. Nacon owns Big Ant, and handles the publishing side of things. They, and the AFL, would be the people who need to sign off on things after BA ask for something to happen.

As a CEO, he still has autonomy to do a lot, but he has stakeholders here as well that implicitly or explicitly would be limiting what he can say. As for the launch and the patch uploaded, things happen. People make mistakes, and you're asking a lot of someone to be posting constant updates in here, while managing a company of like 100 people (he still has a day job), with 4 current projects, and a crisis situation with the launch of one of them.

Ok, so on hardiest difficulty you can run from full back kicking in to full forward and kick a goal without being touched once. The opposition like runs at you then suddenly stops..

Couple of positives though.. there’s a red ring on the marking player signalling not 15 which is nice. Also, when it’s raining the player touches the ball on the ground instead of bouncing

Are you ok?

Glad to see posting replies on here take priority over fixing the mess.
"i bet BA never post here again"
BA posts here again
"Stop posting here!"

Some real children in these forums. The game's a mess but these guys are just doing their 9-5 job (and more like 9-3am at the moment, by the sounds of the post). Part of that is interacting with the community, particularly when that community wants to call you out for not interacting enough.

Its just the lack of transparency, we clearly got fed rubbish to get the itnitial pre order and day one sales, now people have the opportunity to seek refunds which is just going to hurt the future of the game even more

Or, maybe take them at their word, that the wrong version of the game has been put onto the platforms, which isn't exactly a first for the gaming industry? We all saw the gameplay from the content creators, plenty of it, right?

In case you couldn't tell, I was being sarcastic in the first paragraph.

I am actually perfectly fine, because a footy game launching with bugs is nothing in my list of concerns with this world lmao

In comparison to real life problems, yes not a big deal. But for those who were genuinely looking forward to this, it's pretty shattering. I think you can separate the two. I'm gutted about this launch, I was really looking forward to the game.

Yet people expressing their dissatisfaction of such an thing is on your list of concerns…
