Maybe replace Kez as captain and Harf as coach. Is there a more divisive pair?

Leadership should be bringing the team together rather than allowing factions to grow and fester.

On the positive side, all the players who were in factions seem to have left. On the negative side we are going to lose a lot of games in the next 3 years.
