Recruiter prob has bigger role in drafting than tradingHas Hine even been spotted this trade period?
Seen Melisi, seen Rendell, but no Hine.
Mm, wonder if McClements and Ed know each other?
Have they worked together anywhere?
It would be a major event selecting a CEO, can understand why it's taking so long.
The HS today reports "Ex-Victorian major events chief Brendan McClements is a lead candidate to win the Collingwood role, currently filled by interim CEO Peter Murphy.". Who is Brendan McClements?
Good if he hasn’t. Means he should be working out who we are taking on draft night.Has Hine even been spotted this trade period?

Check my post of 29July.
(I would re post it here but don’t know how, sorry, I’m techno moron)
Hine was in the background of one photo (see below) having already walked past the camera. The sausage rolls or coffee must have been good, because it's not like anyone has been in a hurry to trade.Has Hine even been spotted this trade period?

They don't muck around at Hawthorn, quick sacking, quick hiring. I'm glad we're going through proper process this time though, it's a nice change.Hawks have already named a new CEO, and he is an ex Collingwood employee: Justin Reeves.

Hawks obviously see something in Cwood - Reeves, Burns, Wright, Monkhorst...
Funny... he was brought in to Collingwood as a mate of Pert's. Then went to Geelong. Originally an IT manager from Foxtel.
No one else wanted him. He'd already been let go by hawks after they'd paid him next to nothing his whole career, then Sydney gave him a much better offer. He cashed in there for one season, then came to us for one more on his last legs. The comment above is sarcastic...Could someone please tell me how we signed Dermie? I was too young then and I’ve always wondered... gracias
Thankyou sir! He was with essendon aswell iirc.No one else wanted him. He'd already been let go by hawks after they'd paid him next to nothing his whole career, then Sydney gave him a much offer.
