There is talk that Gale will have a big role at the A.F.L. as part of the new team. Maybe in charge of football, maybe even in charge of the Tasmanian team.

Goyda knows Gale would given a lot of the dead wood in the afl a chop, so its pretty much job protection mode his buddies

Gale the top option but Dillon was my second favourite, he is pretty switched on and knows how the whole business works.

Eddie somewhat scuttled this rumor last night though and said nothing has been confirmed yet and he gets all his info direct from gill. Mclure is famous for breaking incorrect stories but we'll see. I think a good outcome if gale is afl football operations manager.
