But AFL players don’t get anything like Premier League, American footballers etc

If the AFL wants to attract the best talent in management you gotta pay for it. IMO Gil is as good as you’ll get

I disagree, Gale will shake things up, which is why he will be unlikely to get the job. Im hoping he stays at the Tigers though.
