Peter V'Landys is publicly clowning the AFL. Behind the scenes, he's allegedly throwing his weight around to limit AFL coverage on Nine's TV, newspapers, and radio stations outside the southern states.

And what's Dillion doing?

No Saturday games on free-to-air. The Opening Round fiasco. The fully ticketed rort.

Just as significant is what he's not doing.

Like an AFL club in Canberra. Or really any sort of vision of where he sees the game going.

What is his vision for the game in 20 years?

How's he going to fix the problems with the AFL?

I didn't always agree with Ross Oakley or Wayne Jackson or Andy Demetriou, but at least they had a vision for growing the game.

Even Eddie at least has a passion for the game and some ideas for its future.

He is always painful to listen to. He’s just a politician, doesn’t answer the question and keeps repeating the same points over and over.

I watched it up until the Sydney Bondi speech controversy and couldn’t stand any more. He’s just embarrassing, so he knows the speech was changed but doesn’t know by who. She asks - don’t you want to know. Apparently not because everyone is really happy with it. WTF?

Then we get told what great shape the games in and how they do everything for the fans. Give me one example of something the AFL have done for fans? I can think of many that help the AFL executives bonuses, betting companies and broadcasters but fans??

Just a gaslighter. I hate smarmy Gillon but this guy is on a par now
