Surely the (other) powers that be at the AFL either stop this guy doing media interviews or give him a fair bit of extra training on public speaking.

He is so unsure of himself when he speaks. Struggles to sell decisions made under his leadership and quite often second guesses himself mid-sentence. Not to mention the amount of umms and ahhhs….
