My rationale is the Pies seem a lot closer to a flag than Essendon, so anything that throws a spanner in their top 4 works is fine by me.

It’s my son’s birthday today. 30 years ago today Carlton were playing * at Princes Park. Didn’t go for obvious reason. When I were a lad we always played on Anzac Day.
