Lol the one bloke of the current crop, we should keep. We're in a much deeper world of pain than first thought.

Monty might not be a scape goat could leave because his 2 sons that could be drafted (Harper) this year and (Louie) in 2 years time - to avoid the favoritism tag for the sons if they get picked to play in the AFL (previous sons of coaches in the AFL have been told that)

but if Monty leaves then we will have even more issues with the coaching dept

Take a step back and remember for a second that we literally have two of the best defensive coaches in the entire AFL in our coaching box, yet have assigned them so that they are the only two people in the box that don't have any input on the defence. Despite the wealth of talent our defensive game plan is made up by a runner and a bloke telling them to work hardery longery.

This is the only thing that could make 2023 watchable. Ken completely isolated in the box, completely lost with no idea what he's doing as we get flogged every week. He's abused and showered with boos every time he waddles down the steps onto the ground.
