You’re really having a hard time with this. The left aren’t advocating for a pro white society or peddling gestures from a deranged homicidal German with small man syndrome.

For reference, FBI is quite openly a fan of authoritarianism.

He calls the dictator a ‘philosopher king’ but it’s still a dictatorship. He doesn’t believe in democracy.

"Just because some Nazis showed up and a very prominent one spoke doesn't mean everyone there is a Nazi!"

This is factually true and yet I don't see any footage of anybody at the rally booing the Nazis or telling them they weren't welcome. If I were at an event and Nazis showed up I would make it very clear where I stood. Attendees at these rallies didn't feel so compelled I guess.

This. 100% this.

2.2 million Australians own a least 1 investment property.
So that would suggest that at minimum that is 4.4 million properties. Not including the multiple properties.

At the 2021 census there were nearly 9.8 million households.

Again I would suggest that this goes a long way to influencing the cost of housing.
And that is before you take into account the tiny number of billionaires who own 10s or 100s of houses.

One of the original guys claiming to have organised today is the grandson of perths biggest property developer but I’m sure he doesn’t have a shitload of properties in his portfolio.

In the words of Ross, he'd be the biggest Nepo baby there!

I don't have a problem with investment properties. The very nature of society lends itself to the idea of older people providing shelter for younger people. The issue is those who exploit this by owning several properties and the cost of home ownership becoming out of reach for many.

Had an interesting conversation today. In terms of making profit. It is easier to make profit from property investment than start a business.

As all you need to do is let the property sit there and it will make money for you.

HAHAHAHAHA ****ing hell you’ve just told us that you own multiple properties.

You are literally, the beneficiary of the system that allows wealthy people to use property to expand their wealth.

I was born poor. I made choices at a time when my (wealthier) friends made different choices. I have built wealth through those choices. Nothing wrong with bettering your lot in life.

Now, here you are, trying to convince me, a middle class white person, that it’s the immigrants fault that my mortgage is really high. You are literally the personification of the point I was making.

When I bought Melbourne's population was 3.2 million. Its now 5.4 million. All competing with another for housing. That is why your mortgage is high.

Btw you never answered my question about what you mean by prioritising immigrants who will assimilate? If that to you is a core message of this movement I think it’s important that you explain what you mean.

Essentially it comes down to making this country your home, supporting its growth and development and showing some respect and gratitude to local people and the local way of life, and not just being here for the good you get out of it.

I'll give an example. In our business we get a lot of Indians, and many travel back and forth to India. They are entitled to use our tax-payer funded sevices, and then will sometimes say : "I won't be buying from you because its cheaper when I go back home ie India"..well isn't Australia their home? Isn't it "cheaper" only because they are bringing back wealth they earned in Australia? How does that support local busineses and local jobs. What if we all went "back home" to spend our money? The money bothers me less than the ****ing attitude. Doesn't have to be us, but FFS support the local economy and people.

Not sure about yours maths but AI says ist about 2.9 million houses are rentals. And that's about right as historically going back decades around one in people are renters in Australia.

Which is a fundamental flaw in our economy and why productivity is declining. And I think there are a lot of perks for small business owners!

Didn’t you just shitcan someone for googling and using an ai summation?
What you did was a google search and got an AI answer which used the paper I linked to. Always go to the source son. The devil is in the detail.
Yes… yes you did

Can you define "easier".

I'm shifting to equities: no land tax, no stamp duty, no council rates, no government that wants to own my house but I take all the risks, no entitled or scummy tenants to deal with, no maintenance, on insurance no inspections no agents, franked dividends. Why would anyone **** about with housing as an investment today is beyond me.

Oh you got me, yes siree1 LOL It was one of the CBF'ed moments when the poster I wa sreplying should have done it themselves.

Ha ****ing ha.

If there are 2.2 million Australians with at least 1 investment property. Assuming they also have their own house. There is at least 4.4 million houses.

That is out of just under 9.8 million 'households' Australia wide as of 2021.

You're reading comprehension needs a little work.

So they don’t spend any money here? They live on the streets because they don’t pay rent? They simply just work, don’t spend a single dollar, send it all back home, and what, steal food? Go through bins?

You’ve tied yourself in another knot, Einstein. Living and working here means they do support local businesses! Where they choose to send their disposable income is their business. You used yours to buy an investment property!

You didn't say that. I don't know about things circling inside your head.
