Men's tennis vs women's tennis in a nutshell.

Women's tennis, for the most part, is unwatchable. If there weren't any glamours playing you could wind up the tour and no one would really be any worse off.

I can't think of another elite level sport where the gap between the men are so far superior and better spectacle that it makes the women's event unwatchable.

Adult tickets for Centre Court tonight are $99.90. That's not good value for money tonight.

Given the incompetence of scheduling, I'd be pissed if I'd paid $100 in advance to go see what I would have thought should have been some decent 3rd round matches.

I have tickets for Centre Court on Monday (day), I didn't want to risk buying tickets any earlier in the tournament.

Now she is supposed to be seeded 8th.

This means that woman tennis is either fixed, or they are just mentally weak and Grand Slams should be restricted to the men only.

Henin-Dem was a "good match", but by no means was a "great match", simply for the fact it only went 2 sets.

The Baghdatis/Ferrer match is the tournament standout at the moment for me, but I expect a Nadal/Federer 5 set final to top any and all matches to come.

More times than not mens tennis is better to watch saying that i dont think Women's is as bad as people say it is.

In men's tennis u would see some good matches but before the tournament started u pretty much knew that the Fed or Nadal would win, Its only just now that i think the gap can close with some good young players coming through.

With the women's game it is much more open a handfull of Girls have a chance to win the slams which is good makes it unpredictable.

The fact you are surprised means you dont know anything about Women tennis. The Serbs women players have been going downhill for a long time, Jankovic is a joke of a player now. She will follow the way of Ana.

One women doesn't account for the whole of womens tennis. See the Belgians and the Williams sisters, if you want to see strong mental players.
