It was a very soft preseason last year, partly because we had half the team injured. I'm hoping Bailey flogs them all, including the blokes who rock up in great shape!

This is his first year as coach.

Who's to say he didn't "crack the whip" months ago during the season? We don't know what he does at training behind closed doors.

But good to see him taking action because our performances weren't even close to being half-acceptable this year.
