Interesting that the umpire that paid the free and reported Berry was Andrew Stephens. (Well this is not interesting)
Stephens has been umpiring since 2014, has umpired over 176 matches (# as at end of 2022) and even he doesn't know what a correct tackle is.
A senior umpire doesn't know what's going on but Andrew Dillion thinks everything is fine:
