OP you had 4 cracks at it and couldn't find a spot for Gulden?

For opposite foot, Heeney is up there. Should probably try kicking more of his set shots with his left.

Edit: s**t, you beat me to it by 6 minutes.

I don’t subscribe to this. Literally every high threat kicker is a current HBFer in the comp.

Now it could be that they play HBF because they can produce this result, but I reckon this result is more so because of the fact they’re playing HB and kicking it 30-40-50 metres forward to wingman or finding an open man in the corridor, which is helping their score.

A lot have mentioned Tex in here which I agree with yet he isn’t even in the top 28 of that list.

I think that list is the guys with more than 250 kicks then ranked on their retention rating.

No idea how retention rating or threat rating are calculated though.

Love what Charlie does with the ball, his best darts are as good as anyone’s, but he is prone to the odd blunder when he wheels too tight and tries to kick the skin off it.

Jack Lukosius is one of the best kicks of the football I’ve ever seen and across all areas of the ground. I reckon he wishes he could play CHF leading at himself. Tex for his ability on both sides.

Kane Farrell from Port has a great kick on him...

Tex Walker on both sides is unbelievable. Definitely the best on his non-preferred. Dawson is a lovely long left foot kick, nice action, but not as good as Tex.

From other sides, I always thought Bailey Dale and Jack Sinclair, once it's in their hands, it's not coming back. Both pin point, powerful kicks.

Darren Jarman is the GOAT.
Are you crazy man

Beware the Richmond Mafia, when using the word GOAT and not mentioning Dusty.

In terms of sheer sweetness and silkiness, hard to go past Lukosius followed by maybe Josh Kelly and B Campbell

Set shot: Fogarty

Damaging: Dawson, Young, Lukosius.

Creative: Caleb Daniel.

Both feet: Tex.

Value for lack of physical attributes like height: Gulden.
Kicking it intelligently and accurately to the right spot: Gulden.

He’s bern a bit down this season as his body let him down and he’s just retired but Daniel Rich is such a good kick

Its sad that I can no longer bring him up in these threads. One of the great left footers.

Coleman has taken over the mantle as the best kick in the team now

LoL Duggan is a butcher.
I think Liam Ryan is probably our best or most creative kick. His vision to see a small pocket of space and execute when in no position to rightfully make the kick is elite.
Luke Shuey would be top 3 or 4 in the league for non preferred although he is now retired.
Maric is one to keep an eye on for the future. Our mid season pick up and seems to have amazing foot skills in the mould of Lukosious. Not there yet but may be in the conversation in a few years time.
