Hawkins will be more of a FF i'd have thought. he'll be better than kennedy.

i voted for kennedy out of spite to the thread maker.

I agree with most posters on here so far. Kennedy will be a better CHF however I think Hawkins will be a more damaging and a better player.

They both will be gems is my prediction.

Hawkins will be a move 25-40 metre Lockett/Dunstall type FF, where as Kennedy is a lead up the ground, play some ruck type of forward, in the mould of a Riewoldt.

So Kennedy.

LOL

Are you saying that Reiwoldt is more valuable that Locket / Dunstall were? Good logic!

hahahahahahha

that was funny!

In this day and age, yes.

I am just saying that a player like Kennedy will offer more up the ground as well as kicking goals, thereby offering more for the team, footy is alot different than it was 10-15 years ago, it is alot harder to be a sit in the goalsquare type forward, nowadays it is about athleticism and ground covered.

Not sure what your on about. Hawkins may end up being more valuable than Kennedy, but the question is about who is likely to be the better CHF.

Isn't Hawkins earmarked as a FF?
isn't Hawkins dropped..??
i think the answer is fairly obvious, but both different players.
Kennedy is a true CHF and Hawkins is a Rocca type full forward, who will just stay in the F50 90% of his time on the ground and take big contested marks. And kick 50 odd goals a season when he gets a bit older, and Kennedy will kick 40+ goals a year when he matures, but he will be the difference between winning and losing a game more often than what Tom Hawkins will.
But both will be VERY good players.

Hawkins is not even a CHF you idiot.

Hawkins will kick a lot more than 50 goals a season when he matures. Don't even try to compare him to Rocca because he'll be ten times the player Rocca was.

when did i compare him to rocca you tool?? i said he will be that sort of player i didnt compare at all, how about reading a post properly before you make yourself look like and idiot.

If you asked who will be the better forward, the poll would be closer, but Kennedy will be better at playing the CHF position than Tom Hawkins.

Hawkins should be groomed as a FF working out of the goalsquare.
