Was using the face value of advertised 2017 prices. The higher the price, the bigger the percentage of AFL yearly revenue lost which makes for a better financial case to never move the stadium.

Side note: if you use $750 as the average price then to cover the shortfall you'd be paying $1250 at Optus.

This is a good point. From what google says, $30 (**** ME!).

Read the docs man... they literally enter a ballot, costing them $5, and if they are selected they pay the $25 balance for a reserved seat. And probably the princely sum of $4 to ticketmaster for their cut.

Which basically means we're competing with 50,000 tickets... prices wouldn't even have to go up. AFL would make more money moving it out West as we'd pay more anyway.

The 8,500 walk up seats is more of an issue imho.

All seats should be allocated for a GF to ensure it's full.

Too much to expect anyone at all in the media to actually analyse what we did that day, and how they had no answer to our gameplan, especially in the 2nd half. And how our game plan this year actually suits the wider grounds (such as the G), and we've instead struggled to score on the narrower grounds like Tassie and Adelaide. Its not like we're 2nd on the ladder and a chance to meet them on GF day.

Nope, they just had a bad day and the loss that they needed, would be different in Melbourne.

Let's hope the Richmond players and coaching staff have the same view as the media

Of course they lost, they had to travel across the country and play on a ground they rarely play on.

Not like those flat track eagles who can only win at home ... pretenders.

Interesting to see today's West has 0 articles about WCE. (There are a few side mentions in an article about Melbourne)
The club probably isn't feeding them mich information at the moment through one on one interviews etc. That could start to become a problem when more than halg of your sports readers support west coast.
