Just finished this...Very happy I have another game down so I can begin RE6...

How the hell do you get past Saturn, that machine is a monster and absorbs all my ammo trying to kill it!! I slipped past it twice to be confronted with a nega constructor!!

I just kept smashing him with corrosive weapons and he eventually died. Kept hiding in the little hut near him as well.

Yeah, the items depend on your level. If you only have 1 key, probably best to wait. And yes, you should get something badass*

So I finished the story tonight with the help (and lack thereof) from Freakie, Ochre, Liverpool_FC8 with Liverpool arguably the most help doing 1 hit point of damage on the big boss with critical and non-critical hits.

On that big boss, what an absolute beast! So damn hard to kill, I think it took us around 20+ mins without timing it of course. A far cry from the piece of shit boss that was at the end of Borderlands.

After the big boss and cleaning out all the loot, I decided to trek solo to the Ore Chasm for the Creature Slaughter, that, with the exception of the big boss (and not that one playing solo it would've probably been 10 times harder) is the hardest thing in the game by far!

5 Rounds of robots coming at you in waves, that includes Constructors and Badass Constructors as well as RPG Loaders, EXP Loaders and all the other Robots that can be bitches to destroy. The flying one's that repair robots are in there too and provide way more of a challenge than normal, I got taken down by them numerous times.

I finally managed to finish it off after finding a nice hidey hole that kept me out of the action for the most part. But it was damn tough. Even with 4 corrosive weapons equipped I wasn't doing a whole ton of damage to most. And worst of all I was running out of ammo for all of them pretty quick too.

Eventually getting it done though leads to a whole heap of good loot. Got myself some really nice weapons, 13k Damage Rocket Launcher with Corrosive Damage. Some good nades, shields and some high powered Assault Rifles. Also managed to find an SMG that I really like too! So I'm happy with that.

Now I don't know whether to go to the Level 50 mission (I'm at Level 35) or go straight to True Vault Hunter mode.

Also, now that I have 3 Skeleton/Golden Keys, I've decided to use one of them at level 40, one at level 45 (depending on how far into the 2nd campaign I am) and one at level 50.

I went about 2 & a half hours ago just one more mission. Cue getting massively sidetracked, making progress with the levels though. Currently sitting at level 28 and I've made a conscious decision to focus more on the story mode so I can start getting into the other goodies.

I'm past the point where I can actually join any of you guys as your so far in front of me that all I'm doing is leeching XP and taking weapons to purely sell because I'm ages away from being able to use. If I continue to leech then I'll be ages in front of my brothers character.

That's all Liverpool_FC8 does! I went to True Vault Hunter mode, some of the goodies are awesome (picked up a 16800 damage Rocket launcher!) Level up pretty quickly was well.
