Current Brisbane Cyclist shoots arrow into sleeping homeless man

Bit of a bizarre one.

It appears the cyclist rode past him several minutes as he was sleeping under Victoria Bridge before with a bag than came back with the bow and arrow and shot him in the torso.

The man survived and walked to get help and has undergone emergency surgery and likely to survive but this has all the hall marks of a fledgling joy killer.
