Buckley vs Voss

Here's an intersting twist on a very old poll. If you had to choose one of the two to be senior coach for your team next year who would you pick?

Despite all the hype that Michael Voss recieves I'd pick Nathan Buckley without hesitation. Due to his injury history he's essentially been an assistant coach for years now, and he'd be held in just as much asteem as Voss by the players.

Close call, and Buckley certainly has changed the way he is perceioved in the last 6 months, purely on the back of his media commmitments away from the footy show, but I'd go for Voss.

I think he's been coached by a very no frills, 'get the job done' kind of guy in Lethal. It's fair to assume that that paired with the respect that would undoubtedly be shown to a former player of Vosses ability should see him command some very focused and goal driven players. I like the way he carries himself and he is a great communicator.
Voss for mine, but Buckley has definitely come across recently as a very astute observer of the game who understands more thna just how to get a kick himself.
