Yes it is, but its ok, because Trigg reneged the contract. All is fine, the clause doesn't not exist anymore.
 
Can someone ask Vader why he has spent all day arguing VB did well on Pendlebury when his review after the game said VB had a shocking first half.

I've done it myself but the delicate genius ignores me. So:

We all know why he was so confused. He borrowed an opinion from someone else because he couldn't not comment and hadn't seen the game.

Then he found a different opinion he liked more.

Ps. No way Vader hasn't read you asking that question every time :)

Be very careful. Attempting to represent me as having not seen the game will see you wearing a pretty card very soon.

Having a different opinion to me is fine. Expressing it is fine as well. Attempting to attack my position by suggesting that I haven't seen the game is flat out insulting - it's a low tactic which is beneath contempt. Attack my opinion if you like, but do not attempt to insult me.

He's free to question and attack my opinion/position. Suggesting that I haven't watched the game, when I clearly have, is flat out insulting. It's a strawman - building an argument based on attributing a position I don't (and never have) hold.
