Don't fall for that myth. Broomhead can and both Sidebottom and WHE can spend more time forward.I want the pictures Blair has.
All i can say is that there isnt really anyone to replace him other than taking a punt on Daicos or Kirby

Hopefully the easiest and only necessary change after this week will be Varcoe for Blair.
Agree with Crisp to Martin. But not run Adams & Pendles with Prestia & Cotchin.I'd run him with Martin in the midfield too. Adams to Prestia. Pendles to Cotchin. Treloar to roam free..
Yep we do all see things differently.maggie, we all see things differently.
to me mayne was ok, played his role. blair just fcked things up and whilst I acknowledge his effort it isn't enough anymore.
but he really does...love himCould we go one week without you saying this?
That 22 wouldn't have a hope in hell against Sydney but it's probably the right side to pick given the conditions and who we are playing.
Bucks got spooked by the way the Dogs, the best rebounding team in the AFL, ran it out of our forward line, so he drops Cox. I get it, but where's the fault on the actual so called defensive forwards who let the ball out too.
Oh well, it is what it is, no excuses, if we lose tomorrow night it's not because of selection, or coaching, it will come down to effort.
4 quarters of consistent effort like we have against the Dogs and we win this, regardless of conditions of the final 22.
Yes, very ordinary for the so called biggest sporting club in Australia with an $80 Million turnover.2 weeks into the AFL season and we still havent updated player pictures for the app and i assume website, I guess asking for a team selector is too much if they cant even update players pictures

Can't even keep our Website up to date.
I could do a better job.
Jmac you gone all Blair on us, as your avatar.Fas kicked three goals but how many did he cost us?
Yep we do all see things differently.
Blair made some basic errors but Mayne was no better, he is no rookie, 174 game player.
Think both need to step up to keep their spot.
Whilst it's not an excuse, its worse than an 80 mill business.Yes, very ordinary for the so called biggest sporting club in Australia with an $80 Million turnover.

If a player like Blair is still making clangers after 150 odd games I don't understand the rationale for keeping him. Meanwhile Cox, who made no clangers and has only 20 games to his credit loses his spot. Reminds me of the national cricket team which still selects the Marsh brothers despite all the evidence that they can't play. At some point the penny will drop and the coach might find he doesn't have a job, not because he can't coach, but because he keeps choosing the wrong players.Totally understand why Blair was retained even though it was tempting to drop him. Clangers aside (major clangers admittedly) his game was pretty good.
It was more important to drop Cox and replace him with a midfielder. The two ins can both play forward (as can WHE who only played forward for part ofthe game)so at least if Blair has a stinker we can bench him...unlike last week when we had to hide Cox on the bench.
Think dropping cox was a mistake, we dropped a tall defender and only have 2 genuine talls in our side. Think he could have worried us
It's all good mate Blairy will go bananas and carry us to a winThink dropping cox was a mistake, we dropped a tall defender and only have 2 genuine talls in our side. Think he could have worried us
Blair make up for last week? What about last year? The year before? How many chances do we give the slow, useless little man? Thank God this is a TV game because I would not be going to the MCG to watch him **** up again. He will be as pitiful in his performance as he was last week. There is your answer. It's up to Blair now to make up for last week. The side we have picked looks well balanced.
