That's entirely the point though. It's a public place with other AFL employees around. If I'm in my job and drop racist terms or make a lewd joke towards a colleague who doesn't take offence it doesn't mean that it was appropriate in any way. Nor should I expect that others won't potentially be offended.

Ive always found taking offence to something not directed towards you is a laughable position to take whether that be at work, a sporting event, a cafe etc.

It's more a hope from people who aren't fans of him and giving a young kid the list spot I would speculate.
I still think we might need him for 12 months with Chom and Logue's injury history (knock on wood), but I also wouldn't mind if we used the list spot on a young defender later in the draft to develop.

Maybe once upon a time - these days no games are the kind of games we win. Would be a bloody amazing way to end the year and our best win in many many years.

Not sure it would be our best win as they’re really playing for nothing. 1st v 2nd is meaningless. They finished 1st in 2017 and it got them nowhere.

Then again… we haven’t won many games in ‘recent years’. I’d probably argue the Freo game in Clarkson’s first season and I would probably put Melbourne
this year ahead of it. They won’t be wanting to get injured, suspended etc so we should be able to take it up to them.

If something is wrong it is wrong whether it's directed at you or someone else. Foe example if I'm on a train and someone is abusing another passenger that would upset me.
