no he wasn't. One great game against the Suns and 2 games of 20 touches. Nowhere near enough for a senior stoppage mid that plays their entire TOG in that role. Total selfishness from him and shit selection philosophy for him to play out the year. But it's not unexpected, it's just how we roll. I hope he causes more damage to that finger. Totally deserves it.

he's already got the injury and is choosing to play out the year in a bottom 6 season when we've got Schoey and Berry that could cover most minutes and even McHenry would be worth getting a few minutes in that rotation. Then there's ROC that's played a couple plus Pedlar in a few weeks would be worthy of minutes. But no, Sloaney wants to play out with a busted finger, just as Talia did with his torn meniscus last year. There's no need and any further damage will be well earned and enjoyed by me. This attitude is a cancer on the club. I knew Sloane was a selfish turd when he pissed on his teammates saying how brilliant the CM camp was for him when admin asked him to. **** him, what have we achieved under his captaincy?

Not to mention, he will now miss the start of pre-season.

When I hurt my wrist in the Mackay 2s and did nothing about it, forever condemning myself to limited flexibility of it, my club was just as keen for me to sit out the season as some of you are for Rory to sit out. Never thought I'd ever be able to find common ground with Rory but there you are.


Of course, my club knew nothing of my injury but that's life.
