Next year, if we don't have as much injuries (big if) he probably won't get the same amount of opportunity that he has now.

Kind of would like to see Ryan be properly managed for similar reasons, although it could cost him an AA spot. Would like to see Watson play some more, give more responsibilites to Hughes and Duman also and see how they go.

Doesn't make much sense to me if was dropped, especially when Jlo made a point of mentioning our lack of outside runners a few days ago. Bewley needing to be "managed" ahead of Frederick is a little strange. I like Monaro but if anyone needs to be managed it's the bloke that can only run out 1 qtr a game.

Only way to build match fitness is to play so, maybe it's with an eye on preseason and next year for Freddie.

Listing a managed player as emergency makes sense to me, that means he still gets a match fee while getting a rest and if another runner needs to come out then he could play anyway.

I'm expecting Sydney to want this game to be a slow congested slog, having Cerra or Aish sit 20m sideways off the fourth stoppage in a row will probably get the job done. They'll bring their forwards up to the contest and keep their marking talls back, try and rush all of our ball movement forward to be intercept marked by their defenders.

The ball will live by the boundary line and whichever team moves the ball through the middle more will win the game.

Just like every other game of football.

I think this is a mistake, Hogan needs to get in this side before we head over east. Think it was time to bring in a Valente/North type and bring Watson in for Duman.

Winning 2 games in a row, then having the third stolen from us at the death is hardly struggling. JL's treating it as a winning side, and you don't make wholesale changes to a winning side.

I don’t think the old fella has it in him anymore. I wouldn’t be risking that quad by having him run up and down all game.

Also Blakey has just about the oddest body shape of any player I’ve ever seen on a footy field. I’m quite mesmerised watching him in an Elephant Man kind of ‘wtf is that?’ way.
