Pretty sure Clarko said last week they'd had some 'robust' debate about playing Harvey with his form being so strong in the VFL. Tommy Blamires would probably be a big chance also

Hey team. Can anyone confirm if/when there's a Captains Run in Bunbury on Friday? A friend sent a screenshot saying it was 09:30 on Friday morning but just wondering if anyone can confirm it. Cheers

I emailed them for more information and they said that was the plan, but also keep an eye on the website: https://www.nmfc.com.au/teams/afl/training-times

Current plan is for training Tuesday and Thursday next week, too, not sure where.

Kerch hasn’t been in at centre bounces at all this year, don’t think Clarko wants him in there.

I’d guess he puts Simpkin in there like he did against the cats, and Curtis / Parker will contribute per usual.

That means someone to replace the Simpkin role will most likely come in.

We cannot really replace FOS. He has become that important that quickly. Against Freo we need to pick the biggest, quickest (still a weakness) line up we can and just give everything for four quarters and hope for the best. I actually think FOS absence will hit us harder vs Eagles (he would have a role in trying to contain Harley) but that is next week’s assignment and whilst I was a swot not even I did homework a week in advance.

People seem to forget that we have made barely any changes all year, let alone off a 43 point comeback and a week off.

There will be 1 change for FOS and that is most likely it, unless they decide to end the Will Dawson 2nd ruck experiment.

0% chance they make any more then 1-2 changes. Blamires in for FOS is the most likely change.

Freo Friday 1200-1300

Strange how we've gotten to the point where we don't have midfield depth in the VFL despite spending years drafting midfielders. I would kill to have one more exciting prospect coming through so Simpkin and Parker can stay in their positions. Hopefully someone lifts the curse on Urqhart and Goater and they can go through there one day.
