My only issue if this is true, is how do they know it's as simple as flicking the switch come finals?
What if we go into week 1 against a fired up team and can't hit top gear quickly enough?
If it works and we win the flag the MC will rightly be hailed as geniuses, if not... well they may be risking their jobs.

The biggest positive to me (if it's true) we can now focus all our training hours on kicking skills and ball movement under pressure etc. So who knows? Maybe we can flick that switch in a few weeks.
