One of the major issue with sticking with a lame duck coach. The longer Ken stays the worse it will be for our future. Sack him now and start a refresh of the list.

Our whole game plan unraveled. They were faster, they were harder at it, and we couldn't match them. In the first quarter, they did some crazy handballs, and I was thinking we were going to get a htb here, but they went from half back, scored a goal. Admittedly, they played ****ing good. I still think this game will be an anomaly. Essendon just outclassed us and we couldn't handle it.

In terms of changes when the whole structure broke down I would admit several players probably under-performed, but played blinders last week.
Hartlett should get a chance, as he did play a blinder last week, and I'd rate this as a blip.

OUT: Pittard, Toumpas, Impey
IN: Bonner, Johnson, Monfries (I want to see Young back it up in the SANFL).

Those seem like reasonable outs without going overkill. Bonner for Pittard, Monfries for Toumpas, and Johnson for Impey.

I think, any more than that, and you're not improving the side, when we know we didn't play well.
