No he wasnt that bad, actually he was alright, tried hard and competed at a lot of contests and I would've thought it was a very respectable second game performance. Anyone who thinks he was in our worst 3 or 4 today wasn't at the game, or wasn't paying attention

He costs us goals from mistakes, thats probably why. Then again, he has played 2 games. Mcdonald, Chip and Garland were just as bad.

Toumpas - I'm not going to say it, but he has to go to Casey. Not up to the big leagues yet.

your joking aren't you lot saying terlich out fukn he gives his all and tries to make shit happen he may make a few mistakes but he is a goer which is what we need right now. looked good today had a go then just ran out of steam in the second 1/2 and wouldn't help that they would of got a pat on the back at 1/2 time should of gave em a bake for not being in front instead the pat on the back would of made em feel like there job was done for the day. i wouldn't make 2 many changes besides that useless slow fukn toumpas why is he in the team should be in the VFL has no idea, how many times has he been done for holding the ball and he has barely touched the fukn thing

Somewhere in all of that is a point I agree with. Terlich will be all the better for a run against GWS. He's trying and he's learning, let him build momentum.

Want to drop Jamar but Gawn is just not ready yet, needs a large number of Casey games first.

Don't want to bring Watts in after he didn't play today, but Sellar is useless as a KPF. KPD or nothing for him.

Kent could come in for Byrnes or Davey... although I like the romantic value of Davey turning back the clock once or twice a game. Given how shit we are it doesn't really matter how little he offers for the rest of the game.

Toumpas needs to go develop at Casey, where he can get his hands on the ball and not be sold into trouble or instantly tackled every time he gets it.

In our first three games of the year coming out in the 3rd Qtr we have been out scored

Melb 2.2 (14 point) to Opposition 24.14 (158 points)

0.1 point vs Port
1 goal vs Ess
1.1 vs Eagles

When people say its conditioning I could handle it but after a 20 in rest what the hell are they doing at half time? Does the coach or coaches put them to sleep .. man give them all 5 cans of redbull come out and put 15 in defence. To only kick 14 points in 90 minutes of footy is just plain disgraceful and says to me they just don't give a toss or they just don't want to put in for the coaches.


I think OUT 3rd quarter effort in some heart or something .. Come out and flood defence or start a fight do something different .. because the way they are going I might have to leave at half time from now on.



I can also see the end of Bail football career .. his head must be as soft as a marshmallow .. I can see him having the next 4 weeks off again ... sad but he is one I feel wont be in team for long.

Agree will learn more at Casey then being on the field during a game like today, although it might be nice to play him against GWS with players from a similar age group

I think he will get over it .. but I think they way the team (him included) is very insulting to all members (those of us who pay memberships)

No Patton next week. Terrible sight to see him go down with an ACL but it's a changes thread so I'll mention it. It means we have more than enough defensive talls available. Garlo definitely goes forward now and kicks 4 or more and boosts his confidence.
