Think people should really look at how lucky Clarkson was to have gifted players in their positions. Not saying he’s not a GOAT coach but drafting/recruiting goes a long way.

It really was a once in a generation draft and Hawhtorn nailed it. Roughead and Buddy transforms every club’s destiny if they got them both.

Clarkson is probably trying to replicate that same game plan however it’s not possible these days.
