What a moron. If we were forced to use more than 26 players we would've debuted more youngsters. Plus we have a group of players like Nielsen, McKay, Preuss, Durdin, Williams, Mountford, Hibberd, Larkey who all have at least 1 game next to their name. Obviously they won't count as debut players.

I'm usually critical of The Roar articles as it seems like lots of them are striving to add their voice to popular views without any effective analysis. This one is far more reasoned.

My overriding sense is that Kangatime could have captured the essence of what this dude is saying in a single 10 line post. I nearly fell asleep reading this guy’s self-important musings.

Why is the guy writing an article on lists then? No offense to people trying to make a living, but that site I always thought as very amateurish.

I looked at it a couple of years ago and haven't since. Also heard people on the radio that work form the site on as correspondents or contributors and can't say I was impressed either.

Rebuilds are a myth, and the fact that media outlets great, small and insignificant (ie: The Roar) still maintain that losing games brings you closer to a premiership shows clearly the lack of depth and insight that unfortunately defines most footy discourse.

It's actually the same thing. If you haven't seen the movie and your profession is to review movies or the best movies, then you shouldn't be writing anything about it. Well you can and then look like a total moron......which is exactly as what he achieved.

Like even if I was to comment as a lover of movies to my friends and haven't seen them....I shouldn't come to the conclusion that they're crap. For instance I haven't seen Titanic.....supposed to be good. I haven't watched it as it doesn't seem like its my cup of tea.....but I can't call it a crap movie. Titanic 2 is supposed to be absolute garbage. I haven't seen that either, but I can't comment on that either.

You should ask why he gets paid as a full-time employee for material that a work experience kid wouldn't want on his resume.

My issue with is this whole '1 debutant' so far this season. If we call up McKay we'd be promoting youth yet our number of debutants is still 1 because McKay played round 23 last season. It has no business being mentioned in the article.
