Let's not lose sight of the fact that more discussion about North anywhere is a good thing, even if it does provoke disagreement.

If I had to choose, I'd rather read articles like this which have been prompted by surprising form, because the alternative is being ignored while we're 2-7 after nine rounds.

Although maybe I've been desensitised to criticism by having to read thousands of social media comments after losses for multiple years, I don't know.

(And for the record, the last sentence of the article completely invalidates everything which came before it)

I could write a book-length post on the awful things I've seen posted, all done in the effort to incite a response. Flight MH370 was a favourite of a few particular people who thought they were very funny. Makes you realise very quickly you have to have thick skin!

yes his initial point is that we shld have done a Full Reboot which I think meant trading Goldy and Cunners? who had currency

But we didn't so, like virtually everybody, he thinks we lack real talent and are stuck in a no mans land strategy where we don't get the higher draft picks but cant attract top end talent
So Far So good At least he makes logical sense

The main problem is its hard to see how this bottoming out strategy had anything to do with either the Dogs or Tiggers winning a Flag
Tiggers won by being a very good team under pressure, who managed to work out a way of getting games played on their terms, using the skills the players had
Plus they rode the Its Time wave And played an Interstate team
Same for the Dogs, fabulous record of winning close games who managed to work out a way of getting games played on their terms, using the skills the players had ie throwing

Noone in their right mind wld say either of these teams were Dominant over the year like the Catters and hawkers
Hawks beat 3 interstate teams in arrow, just sayin

North are actually following the Tiggers model which is play your way, with what you have got, Don't ever get injured and hopefully a relatively soft draw doesn't hurt either
we are quicker tougher play 100% for 4 Qtrs

Granted I've only watched bits and pieces here and there but they just seem to be trying way too hard to be funny it's cringe worthy. Maybe they should just stick to discussing footy instead doing shitty gags and things just may pick up.
