I liked both boys while they were here, always thought they could have made it at AFL level but didn't quite take their chance. Best of luck to them.

Not sure if this has been posted, I had a quick look and could not find it on our board, apologies if it has been.

Two former North boys took out the SA and WA Leading Goalkicker awards this year, congrats to both.

Well done to both boys!

Always thought Josh Smith was going to make it in the AFL, and its great to see him having some success in the WAfL.

Mick Wundke's a top bloke. He always responds with a polite "thanks mate, appreciate it" whenever I've congratulated him on his achievements post North. Good for him!

Also, Josh Smiths is proof that the age of the Supertanker isn't totally done yet!

Wundke's problems at North were largely related to poor preparation and outside distractions on account of his oncological breakthroughs.

Smith is also playing in the WAFL GF this week against the club that we drafted him from. He is a big prescence at that level and looked a class above another former north player in Chad Jones last week, who was the oppositions FF. Fwiw Marcus White is also a teammate too.
