I assume you mean plays in a non footy state, he's from WA which is a big footy state.

Oh and i hope he comes home
He will go home, eventually. But after his career is done and dusted. He doesn't mind a day at the races and he lives in Randwick, why would he
leave?

Equal best with Dusty?

Brownlow Medallist in the making?

Underrated / Over Looked because he's not from a traditional football state?

Discuss.

Looks to have gone up another notch, 24, been a lot of footy since he kicked 4 in a WAFL GF at 16.

On the right trajectory to the top shelf but not there yet, see Dusty, Danger, Fyfe, Budwanna .... Jack Martin is only a couple of steps behind Steve Coniglio.

Cricket is in trouble I'm told, might need to give Steves manager a call:
Growing up, Coniglio excelled at both cricket and football. He played grade cricket for Midland-Guildford in the WACA district cricket competition.[3] In five First Grade matches he made 111 runs at an average of 22.20 and taken five wickets at an average of 42.00, including 3/35 on his debut.[4] Coniglio played both under-15 and under-17 cricket for Western Australia.[1] He made 106 not out in the final of the 2009 National Under-15 Championships, the highest score by a Western Australian ever recorded at the tournament.[5] In the 2010–11 Australian Under-17 Championships, he made 146 runs at an average 24.33,[6] with a best of 78 not out against Victoria.[7]

He will go home, eventually. But after his career is done and dusted. He doesn't mind a day at the races and he lives in Randwick, why would he

This won't be revolutionary but family maybe

Or playing for the club he supported growing up. Cant see it happening whilst GWS should be having a tilt at a flag but maybe after they win one or if they don't win one in the next few years

:DIf you came from a big Italian family, you might see advantages in living on the other side of the continent?

Seriously his mother used to feed the travelling Giants contingent at their place for the first few years, when we were in Perth. I suspect they're close, but his business is with us.

Bit like Dan Ricciardo living in Monaco, the bright lights of Sydney will be getting more attractive as each year goes by, see Buddy.

Fantastic player, and realistically should be in the conversation with Josh Kelly and Dylan Shiel for best GWS mid (don't get me wrong, I rate Josh but think he's a touch overhyped at the moment). Can do the hard grunt work, but can spread and run, runs both ways, and tackles hard. Certainly not in the top echelon of mids ... yet ... but could be in his prime in the next 2 to 3 years. Loyal too. He's the guy we really missed last year.
