Not particularly fast, not particularly strong, not particularly dynamic. He’s a decent midfielder and could be part of a solid rotation. But I wouldn’t be overpaying for him.

I see Constable as an extractor from midfield. I would see him best used when NicNat was being rested. He does not have foot speed but was elite at U18 in getting the ball to the outside runners.

Thee big difference with Constable v College or Allen is that he grew up playing as a genuine midfielder. He has a very good midfield IQ. The reason I heard he slid was his endurance and he has addressed this in the first 2 years at the Cattery.

Not having any pace is a damning weakness in today's game that is all about being able to pressure up and down the ground - him not having speed makes Constable a no-no for me. We saw how teams exploited Priddis. No thanks.

That's basically it. The Jack Clark is in reality a medal for the best leftover/spends the whole year in the colts player.
If you're not playing reserves or league for at least a good chunk of the season then the chances are you are either not that good or will be a late developer who won't be drafted until they are early 20s or so.

Unlike the list of Larke medallists which is a very good indication of a future star.
