You could just put something on ID cards to denote whether someone has or hasn't been vaccinated. But the majority of people who enter licenced premises or buy alcohol aren't normally required to present ID so ...
In Tennessee you have to show ID every time you buy a beer, EVERY time, regardless of age. If you are buying a round the whole round has to show ID. Even in the busiest places in Nashville and Memphis.

Making it a pre-requisite might not be far off, but hopefully unnecessary.

Today I learned that Tennessee has dry counties, wet counties and moist counties.

Yet they are one of the more outspoken states against Covid restrictions.
Amazing place, even though it’s as mad as a box of frogs.

Lynchburg.
Indeed. It has a ‘cheese’ aroma to the name.

Lynchburg was named for its founder, John Lynch, who at the age of 17 started a ferry service across the James River in 1757. He was also responsible for Lynchburg's first bridge across the river, which replaced the ferry in 1812.

[QUOTE="raptalia, post: 68673221,

I am a regular pub patron and I do not think i have ever seen a barmaid ask for proof of age so your assertion that bar staff are contiually running checks is a load of bs.

I'm guessing you're about 70 years old and go to the keno (that's still a thing!?) Tab area which probably hasn't had a patron younger than 25 grace their entrance since the internet was invented

I work with guys in their early -mid twenties who get checked regularly

My anecdote about weird liquor licensing rules in the USA is that, in New Jersey, strip clubs can't serve alcohol. So when I visited Satin Dolls - famous as the Bada Bing in The Sopranos - I could have a beer but as far as the girls go the club is, tragically, lingerie only.

TV is so fake.

How’s Dan on tonight’s news when asked if we shouldn’t have brought diseased tennis players into Australia he said “anyone coming into hotel quarantine could have brought it in” and while that’s true we HAVE to bring Australian citizens home we don’t have to bring a few hundred rich tennis players in.

The mans arrogance and complete disregard for us after what he put Victorians through last year is astonishing.

Not to mention the fact that it was surely at least somewhat predictable that a sport where most athletes act like spoiled, entitled brats on the court didnt take covid restrictions seriously.

Still no cluster developing in WA. That is surprising given this is reported to be the UK variant and the infection may have been been out there since 25th January. You would expect this guy's flat mates or close contacts to have tested positive by now. So far so good.

I am awaiting an email from a friends cousins uncles best mate to tell me they had serious side effects and may or may not have died from the vaccine. More to come.

I still don’t know anyone that’s actually had the Rona so it’s not even real.
