What 'research', or interpretation of the research do we use, especially when making mandates?
The video linked below is by a doctor who is very clearly not an 'anti-vaxxer'. His outline of the research data concerning vax immunity vs infection immunity very clearly demonstrates the capacity of a primary Government Health agency to make position statements that they flatly proclaim to be based on the 'science', when in fact the best available research very clearly and distinctly says otherwise.
It should not be controversial to observe that all Government agencies are highly politicised and highly influenced by commercial interest. Sadly, it is evident that many academic faculties are similarly affected. This is simply endemic of post-modern, late-stage capitalism. Reality has moved beyond the surreal.

I've posted it on another comment but again here in case you miss that.
Beyond the clear image it gives of the short to medium term equation of comparative immunity, it raises a number of important public health strategy/cost questions into the longer term. It also begs quite a few more.
One things we should all know quite well is that Governments do not care about the longer term. They are also very often more concerned about the 'optics' of current events/actions than their real substance. In the context of this issue these behaviours merit extreme concern.

We're already seeing the triple jabbers turning on the double jabbers. It's gonna be fun watching the quadruple jabbers turn on the hesitant antivaxxer triple jabbers for putting society at risk.
Why would I get jabbed every 6 months? Where's the widespread data that supports this? There is however solid data that supports a booster shot 7-8 months after your 2nd shot especially whilst working in high risk areas and if you're particularly vulnerable, it does give you that extra level of defence.

Israel is making preparations to ensure it has sufficient vaccine supply in case a fourth round of Covid-19 shots is needed, the country’s top health official said on Sunday.
