Could well end up Masten, Kennedy and Notte being a 1000 times better than Judd.

Not sure about necessarily a better player as Murphy is a gun BUT being a CHF, if JK really"strikes it" most certainly a more valuable player. As a Carlton supporter, pleased to see him go well at West Coast.

josh kennedy will be a gun chf for the eagles.
judd trade was probably what the eagles needed to totally rebuild the side.
they have 3 really good kids in masten, notte, kennedy
and if they finish in the bottom 4 as predicted they could end up with another 2 top 20 picks. wont be long before there up there again.

Please don't give up Pav and your first round pick for him though .

LOL:thumbsu::D. You never know with Freo! What did they do in 2001, which was the Judd/Hodge/Ball Super Draft? Oh thats right, they gave up picks 1, 20 & 36 for Croad & McPharlin.:D Im going to be kind and not mention the Headland or Tarrant trades.....

Spot on. Its rare for an opposition supporter to provide a sensible analysis of an opposition team. You obviously know your footy. We need to draft a few speedy outside midfielders with those 2 picks this year - Daniel Rich would be a dream come true.

I thought he was very good today, in conditions that didn't suit the big men he was very clean and was very dangerous, hard to match up on as he has good speed, size and is good at ground level.

Josh Kennedy is the best mark in the AFL for a player under 22. Very Very excited about his progress and I think hes just one step off really dominating a game. Also he is a very hard match up as he runs all day is quite tall. Would be hard to find a backmen with the same aerobic ability coupled with height.

Could very well be. But Murphy is still a gun though.

I remember a couple of years ago Wayne Hughes (our recruiting manager) said he actually rated Kennedy the best in the draft, higher than Murphy, but didn't think Murphy would be available at pick 4 and Kennedy had a much higher chance of slipping through and so went for Murph with pick 1.

Shows how highly we rated him, and now its looking like a gem of a call

Yes I remember that also. He was sposed to be a ready made KPP because he was broad and quite meaty. However it always takes time for KPP to adjust to the pace and JK is obviously on top of that these days and going strong.
